What AutoReels is
AutoReels is a personal tool used only by its owner to upload videos to the owner's own YouTube channel. It uses YouTube API Services. By using AutoReels you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Data accessed
- Through Google OAuth, AutoReels requests permission to upload videos
(
youtube.upload) and to read basic channel information (youtube.readonly) for the authorizing account only. - It does not access, collect or store data about any other person, viewer or YouTube user.
How data is used and stored
- The OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored only on the owner's computer and are used solely to upload videos and confirm which channel is connected.
- No data is sent to any server operated by AutoReels (there is none), and no data is sold, shared or used for advertising.
- Videos and their metadata (title, description, tags) are created locally and sent only to YouTube.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account → Third-party access; deleting the local token file also removes it from the owner's computer.
Google privacy
Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
